The Fund for Assistance to ROCOR has approved a financial aid grant of $3,000.00 for the upcoming Volunteers in Mission (VIM) project to Haiti on April 25-May 5. The grant will be used to help cover some of the expenses for volunteers associated with the trip. According to VIM Director Archpriest John Moses, the cost per participant is approximately $1,000.00, which only includes airfare from Fort Lauderdale, FL to Haiti.

Financial aid will be distributed based on the specific needs of volunteers, but parishes are also encouraged to raise funds to help cover the remaining costs.
