Metropolitan Hilarion's Directive on the Convocation of the 2017 Diocesan Lenten Retreat
Where: St. Alexander Nevsky Diocesan Cathedral– 200 Alexander Avenue · Howell, NJ 07731
When:March 20-22, 2017. Retreat officially begins on Tuesday, March 21 at 8:30 AM; Monday, March 20 is designated as a travel day– Great Compline and panihida for reposed hierarchs and clergy of the Diocese at 6:00 PM, followed by dinner.

Cost: Registration cost is $125 per person and does not include lodging accommodations.
Who can attend: Clergy (deacons and priests) of the Eastern American Diocese ROCOR, as well as the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA. All others please contact diocesan office at 732-961-1917 or eadiocese@gmail.comto inquire about attending.

Airport: Those who wish to fly to New York must fly to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and send their flight information to eadiocese@gmail.comin order to arrange for pick-up and drop-off.
Services: All clergy will serve at the Hierarchal Presanctified Liturgy in St. Alexander Nevsky Diocesan Cathedral on Wednesday, March 22nd – 8:00 AM Hours & Typica, 9:30 AM Liturgy. Clergy are asked to bring their own purple vestments.
Speakers:The main speakers at the Lenten Retreat are Bishop Irenei of Sacramento and Archpriest Peter Heers.
