On Sunday, December 22, the feast of the Conception by Righteous Anna of the Most Holy Theotokos, Metropolitan Nicholas of Eastern America & New York performed an archpastoral visit to Holy Trinity Monastery in Jordanville, NY.

Serving alongside the First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad were monastery abbot Bishop Luke of Syracuse and monastery clergy.

In the afternoon, following the luncheon in the monastery refectory, the hierarchs served a panihida for the newly reposed Alexander Olhovsky, the late father of the metropolitan, who reposed on December 17. After the service, the departed was laid to rest next to his wife Evdokia in the monastery cemetery.
