Jerusalem: Metropolitan Nicholas receives Archbishop Theodosius of Sebastia
On Saturday, 31 May, Metropolitan Nicholas of Eastern America & New York, First Hierarch of the Russian Church Abroad, received Archbishop Theodosios of Sebastia of the Jerusalem Patriarchate at Ascension of the Lord Convent on the Mount of Olives.
The archpastors fraternally issues relating to Church life, inter-Orthodox affairs, and the persecution of Christians throughout the world. His Eminence, Metropolitan Nicholas, concluded the meeting by giving a copies of the wonderworking Kursk Root Icon of the Mother of God "of the Sign" to Archbishop Theodosius, wishing him the aid of the Most-Blessed Virgin Theotokos in his archpastoral service.
