On the evening of Tuesday, March 31, at the Church of the Holy Great-Martyr and Healer Panteleimon in Hartford, CT, the Sacrament of Holy Unction was served by a gathering of priests from the Russian Church Abroad and the Orthodox Church in America.

Serving alongside parish rector Archpriest Dionisy Nalitov were: Archpriest Victor Boldewskul (rector of Holy Epiphany Church in Roslindale (Boston), MA), Archpriest Steven Hosking (rector of St. Alexis of Wilkes-Barre OCA Church in Clinton, CT), Priest Stephen Kaznica (rector of Holy New Martyrs & Confessors of Russia Church in Norwich, CT), and Priest Phillip Beiner (rector of Holy Trinity OCA Church in New Britain, CT).

A multitude of parishioners from the church, as well as Orthodox Christians from other parishes, participated in this Sacrament. The anointing with holy oil continued for a considerable time, as participants reverently approached and venerated the icons and relics of the Holy Great-Martyr Panteleimon and the Holy Unmercenary Healer and Hieromartyr Hermolaus, and subsequently received a blessing and the anointing from the clergy.

Following the service, the sisterhood prepared a delicious light supper for the guests, during which the clergy were able to get to become better acquainted and enjoy brotherly fellowship.
