On Friday, April 1, His Eminence Hilarion, Metropolitan of Eastern America & New York, came to visit the clergy, nuns, and residents of Holy Dormition Convent Novo-Diveevo in Nanuet, NY.

The Metropolitan came in the morning, in time to lead the Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts. His Eminence was co-served by Archpriests Alexander Fedorowski (cathedral dean) and George Zelenin (monastery cleric), Hieromonk Tikhon (Gayfudinov; cleric the Synodal Cathedral of the Sign in New York City) and monastery deacons: Protodeacon Serge Arlievsky and Hierodeacon Panteleimon (Jigalin).

Metropolitan Hilarion spent the rest of the day at the convent in conversation with the clergy, nuns, and faithful.
