On Wednesday, July 18, the feast day of the Holy Venerable Martyrs Grand Duchess Elizabeth & Nun Barbara, the sisters of St. Elizabeth Skete in Jordanville, NY celebrated their patronal feast day.

Celebrating Divine Liturgy was Archbishop Gabriel of Montreal & Canada, co-served by Archimandrite Luke (Murianka; abbot of Holy Trinity Monastery), Archpriest Paul Ivanov (rector of Holy Myrrhbearers Church in Brooklyn, NY), and Hieromonk Anatoly (Zilin) and Deacon Andrei Psarev (clerics of Holy Trinity Monastery). 

A multitude of pilgrims filled the skete in order to pray in the small monastic church.

After Liturgy, a moleben was served with a procession around the church, and a festal reception was held for the clergy and faithful.
