On Sunday, December 19, the feast of Holy Hierarch Nicholas the Wonderworker, Eastern American Diocesan Vicar Bishop Luke of Syracuse celebrated Divine Liturgy in Holy Trinity Monastery in Jordanville, NY.

His Grace was co-served by monastery clergy. Singing at Liturgy was the seminary choir under the direction of Deacon Nicholas Kotar.

At the Little Entrance, monastery cleric Deacon Andrei Psarev was elevated to the rank of protodeacon for his dedicated service to the Church.

After the Great Entrance, Hierodeacon Theodore (Stanway) was ordained a hieromonk.

At the conclusion of Liturgy, Bishop Luke greeted the faithful with the feast, and congratulated Protodeacon Victor Lochmatow on the 47th anniversary of his ordination this year.
