On Sunday, February 9, the clergy and parishioners of Holy New Martyrs & Confessors of Russia Church in Norwich, CT celebrated their parish’s patronal feast day.

Parish rector Priest Stephen Kaznica celebrated Divine Liturgy, co-served by parish clerics: Protodeacon Nicholas Drobot and Deacon Cyril Gregoire.

Despite the inclement weather, the service proceeded triumphally and prayerfully, and many communed of Christ’s Holy Mysteries.

After Liturgy, everyone gathered in the church refectory, where the sisterhood prepared a bountiful festal luncheon, during which the interaction of the clergy, parishioners, and guests continued.
