When: April 1-3, 2019. Retreat officially begins on Tuesday, April 2 at 8:30 AM; Monday, April 1 is designated as a travel day – Great Compline and panihida for reposed hierarchs and clergy of the Diocese at 6:00 PM, followed by dinner.

Airport: Those who wish to fly to New York must fly to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and send their flight information to email@example.com in order to arrange for pick-up and drop-off.
Services: All clergy will serve at the Hierarchal Presanctified Liturgy in St. Alexander Nevsky Diocesan Cathedral on Wednesday, April 3 – 8:00 AM Hours & Typica, 9:30 AM Liturgy. Clergy are asked to bring their own black vestments. The Icon of the Mother of God “Softener of Evil Hearts” will be present.
Speakers: The main speaker at the Lenten Retreat will be Archimandrite Roman (Krassovsky), Head of the Russian Ecclesiastical Mission, on “Life in our Monasteries in Jerusalem.” The Retreat will likewise feature a roundtable discussion on pastoral questions, the situation in Ukraine, and more.
