His Beatitude Onufry, Metropolitan of Kiev & All Ukraine, was given funds collected by the sisterhood ofSt. Seraphim Memorial Church in Sea Cliff, NY, for the needs of refugees and victims of the humanitarian catastrophe in the Donbass (Eastern Ukraine). The collection was presented by parish rector Archpriest Serafim Gan, who accompanied the Metropolitan during his personal visit to the Russian Church Abroad(July 16-19). Accepting the donation, His Beatitude expressed his sincere gratitude to the sisterhood and all of the donors, calling God’s blessing down on them.

Earlier this year, the parish sisterhood sent a sizeable humanitarian donation to the Svyatogorsk Lavra and other places offering urgent aid and support to refugees and others suffering in the crisis. St. Seraphim Church continues to gather humanitarian aid and asks your support.
