On Wednesday, June 6, Paideia Classical Academy in Coconut Creek, FL, held its 6th annual graduation ceremony. Present for the ceremony was His Grace, Eastern American Diocesan vicar Bishop Nicholas, along with Archpriest Peter Jackson (rector of Apostolic Mission of Christ Church in Miami, FL) and Priest Demetrio Romeo (chaplain of the Academy and rector of St. Luke the Blessed Surgeon Church, which operates at the school).
The day started with a moleben in St. Luke Church, served by Bishop Nicholas. This was followed by a luncheon in the Academy’s great hall, and then the awards ceremony and end of year performances.
Greeting the teachers, students, and parents on behalf of Metropolitan Hilarion of Eastern America & New York, Bishop Nicholas expressed his sincere congratulations on the conclusion of another school year, and shared his enthusiasm at the school’s success and continued growth.
