Since its humble beginnings 90 years ago, Holy Trinity Monastery in Jordanville, NY is the largest monastery of ROCOR, and an important spiritual center for those seeking fulfillment in the religious life. Throughout those years, it is thanks to the dedication of the Orthodox faithful, who share the vision of their forefathers of blessed memory, that that monastery has thrived and survived.
In honor of the 90th anniversary of the monastery’s founding in 1930, the brethren are holding a fundraiser, and are asking you to consider making a special gift this year to help the monastery in its mission of delivering to those who seek "Traditional Orthodoxy for the 21st Century." More information on the fundraiser, including an option to donate via PayPal, is available here.
In addition, the monastery will be holding a celebratory event from Wednesday the 28th through Saturday the 31st of October; the celebrations will coincide with the centennial of the founding of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia; divine services will culminate in the annual pilgrimage in honor of Jose Muñoz-Cortes, martyred guardian of the myrrh-streaming Montreal-Iveron Icon of the Mother of God.
