With the blessing of the Synod of the Serbian Orthodox Church and His Eminence, Metropolitan Hilarion, First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, Deacon Andrei Psarev, Professor of Russian Church History and Canon Law at Holy Trinity Orthodox Seminary in Jordanville, NY, is organizing a conference entitled "Links between Times: Conclusions and Perspectives. On the Centennial of the Russian Church Abroad" in Belgrade, Serbia, this November 22-25. Fr. Andrei is collaborating with Dr. Radovan Pilipović, Director of the Archive of the Serbian Orthodox Church.
The uniqueness of this event is in the fact that the expert knowledge of the eminent, mostly Russian-speaking scholars will be made available to an English-speaking audience. To learn more about the 21 papers that are to be presented, click here.
Archbishop Peter of Chicago & Mid-America, rector of the Diocesan Pastoral School, will represent the ROCOR episcopate at this event. Archbishop Peter is an alumnus of HTOS (class of 1971) and also of the Faculty of Theology of Belgrade University. He taught at HTOS for many years.

Conference package (lunch, dinner, coffee break, and water during the conference): 41 EUR per day. There is an optional dinner on Nov. 22 and/or 24, which will cost 15 EUR per person. The hotel offers a transfer from the airport for EUR 29.
