Afterward, rector Archpriest Serafim Gan greeted Alla N. Ril, the caretaker of the church, as well as her helpers who "protect and preserve the House of God on this small piece of American Rus’, where those of Russian Orthodox descent loved to relax and spend time in brotherly company, never forgetting to come together in the House of God for prayer, divine services, and the partaking in the Holy Mysteries, setting an example for future generations of Orthodox Christians."
