On December 13, the 27th Sunday after Pentecost, local clergy gathered at Holy Trinity Church in Vineland, NJ, to honor the memory of Matushka Slavica Milosevic, who reposed one year ago.

Celebrating Divine Liturgy and serving the panihida afterward were parish rector Archpriest Liubo Milosevic, Archpriest Luka Novakovic (rector of St. Michael Church in Philadelphia, PA), Archpriest Seraphim Chemodakov (cleric of St. Vladimir Memorial Church in Jackson, NJ), Priest Eugene Solodky (cleric of the Patriarchal Parishes in the USA), Protodeacon Serge Ohotin (parish cleric), and Deacon Jonathon Yerkes (cleric of ROCOR’s Western Rite).

The parishioners gathered at the service and panihida also prayed for the repose of the soul of Matushka Slavica, who battled a particularly virulent form of cancer and reposed on December 16, 2019.
